Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using YUEDA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

About YUEDA

YUEDA is a sourcing platform that helps customers around the world find and purchase products sourced from Chinese factories, manufacturers, companies, and suppliers.

YUEDA is not the manufacturer or owner of every product displayed on the platform. Products may belong to third-party companies, manufacturers, suppliers, or other third parties.

Products and Third-Party Ownership

All items listed on YUEDA belong to third parties unless expressly stated otherwise. Displaying an item on YUEDA does not mean that YUEDA owns, manufactures, or directly controls that item.

Product information, availability, specifications, images, descriptions, and other details may originate from third-party sources and may change.

Product Pricing

Prices displayed on YUEDA are subject to change. A displayed price is not necessarily the final purchase price.

The final purchase price is determined when the product has been sourced and made available for purchase. Customers should review the final available price before completing a purchase.

Shipping

YUEDA can facilitate international shipping of sourced products to customers around the world, subject to product availability, destination, carrier availability, applicable restrictions, and other practical requirements.

YUEDA does not pay shipping fees unless a specific shipping offer has been made to the customer. Any applicable shipping cost may be presented separately from the product purchase price.

Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting their account credentials, and using their account responsibly.

Customers must not use YUEDA to conduct fraudulent transactions, deceive other parties, violate applicable law, or abuse the platform.

Funded Balance

Funds added to a customer's YUEDA balance are intended to be used for purchasing products through the YUEDA platform and related services.

Customers should only fund their account for legitimate sourcing and purchasing activity.

Changes to Products and Services

Product availability, supplier information, pricing, sourcing status, shipping options, and other platform information may change as sourcing activity progresses.

Important Funding Restriction

Funding is one-way. Withdrawals from a funded YUEDA balance are not permitted. This restriction exists to help prevent fraudulent funding activity and attempts to use the YUEDA platform for improper financial activity, including money laundering.

All funded balance must be used to purchase items through YUEDA.
